Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. We need to be intimated about the same within 24 hours of receiving the order. Courier charges will be applicable for the same.

ORDER CANCELLATION

In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount after deducting any bank charges if any. In case the order has been processed, no cancellation would be accepted.

1. How soon can I get the delivery?

All Jade by Ashima pieces are carefully crafted to ensure the highest quality.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 weeks and delivered within 3-4 days in India, depending on the location.
For international deliveries, shipping usually takes 5-6 working days.

2. Can we change the color of the product?

Yes, certain styles can be customized in different colors, depending on fabric availability.

3. Are your garments made with natural fabrics?

Most Jade by Ashima pieces are made using premium-quality fabrics such as silk blends, georgette, organza, and other luxury textiles chosen for comfort, fall, and elegance.

Since most Jade by Ashima pieces are made-to-order or customized, we currently do not offer returns.
