DOMESTIC RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We put in everything possible while crafting our products so that you cherish all that you order. Yet, we are always willing to exchange if you feel something isn’t right. You may opt for a change in color, size or even style.

In the unlikely scenario that you receive a defective/damaged product (or a product different from the one you were promised) in an order from JADE, you may return it. While we extend free returns, we expect you to kindly ensure that the product is unused and in the condition as you received it with the original invoice. Also, it is preferable if you can return it in the original packaging with the price-tags. We happily accept returns on our orders within 15 days from the date of delivery. You may contact customer care to seek assistance for the same.

A return once received goes through a quality check. Based on it, our customer care team updates you about the exchange/return.

You must note that products bought on discount are not eligible for refund or exchange.

OVERSEAS RETURN/EXCHANGE

We do not offer any sort of returns/exchange on orders delivered internationally. In the unlikely event that you find any product you have brought from us is not received in appropriate condition, please reach out to JADE customer care within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds provided on international orders do not include duties/tariffs paid by the customer.
